Alternative Medicine Liver Disease
Does anyone know about a form of Alternative Medicine to treat high blood pressure?
I've heard of the L-Arginine to be effective in reducing blood pressure, but I read there are safety measures if a person has kidney (what ever that is) and liver disease. I do not know if I am susceptible to this food and take precautions. What do you know about this and what is recommended and you know if it is safe to use?
There is no better way to bring the body to the state optimal health with a low-carbohydrate diet. low in carbohydrates does not cause high blood pressure, blood sugar or high cholesterol, are cure. In fact, it is dangerous to take medicines that reduce these levels and low in carbohydrates, at the same time because the levels become dangerously low. Simple carbohydrates insulin trigger. High levels of other hormones insulin imbalance. Anything less than 9 grams of carbohydrate per hour insulin controls and is considered low in carbohydrates (up to 144 grams per day). U.S. government guidelines were changed 35 years ago to suggest that lowering fat intake and increase our intake of carbohydrates. American society followed these recommendations and reduced their fat intake by 11% and increased their intake of carbohydrates. In this same time frame obesity, diabetes, diseases heart are at epidemic levels. Through its direct effects on insulin and blood sugar, refined carbohydrates are the dietary cause of the disease coronary heart and diabetes. A low-carbohydrate diet is a diet rich in fats. Protein should only be a little more than adequate. Although it is entirely possible live in a fat / protein diet only for the long term (as shown by research conducted in a hospital) becomes boring rather quickly. By Fortunately, many vegetables and some fruits, nuts and seeds are low in carbohydrates and greatly expand the diet. Most long-term low-carbers eat as many do not, if not more starchy vegetables than vegetarians. Glucose is the bodies preferred fuel (if you want to get technical, in fact alcohol is burned more efficiently, but that does not make it healthy for the body as carbohydrates), the body can convert 100% carbohydrate, 58% protein and 10% of dietary fat into glucose. The body can also be powered by fat cells (fat in the diet and fat), but only in the absence of carbohydrates. Your brain actually prefers * for power with ketones (part of the fat burning process), also requires glucose, but glucose can be converted easily from the excess protein or fat if necessary in the diet. plaque buildup in the arteries is more attributable to the consumption of carbohydrates that dietary fat, which seems to be the conclusion of a detailed analysis. Carb consumption raises triglycerides and VLDL (bad cholesterol). Fats raise HDL (good cholesterol). High levels of triglycerides and low HDL levels is an indicator of plate and glycation – the forerunners of a heart attack and heart disease. Http: / / heartscanblog.blogspot.com/2009/1 study … Oxford group to examine the postprandial (After eating) the effects of a diet low in fat vs. low carb. (Roberts R et al, 2008) Postprandial lipoprotein, you'd think it would be abundant after ingesting a large amount of fat, since fat to be absorbed through the chylomicrons in the bloodstream. But is that carbohydrates figure prominently in determining the pattern and magnitude of postprandial triglycerides and lipoproteins. Much of this effect is developed through novo lipogenesis, the generation of VLDL lipoproteins, such as new after the ingestion of carbohydrates. Gary Taubes who wrote "Good Calories, Bad Calories "spent seven years going through all the studies in the last century and divide the real science of faulty science and concluded that low carbohydrate was the best way to control insulin levels, which balances the hormones and allows the body to function properly. Its main points are: 1. Dietary fat, either saturated or not, is not a cause of obesity, heart disease or any other chronic disease. 2. The problem is refined carbohydrates in the diet, their effect on insulin secretion and hormonal regulation of homeostasis. 3. Sugars – sucrose, fructose corn syrup high in particular – are particularly harmful, the combination fructose and glucose simultaneously elevates insulin levels and overload the liver with carbohydrates. 4. Through its direct effects on insulin and glucose blood, refined carbohydrates, starches, sugars are the dietary cause of coronary heart disease and diabetes. The most likely cause of cancer diet, Alzheimer's and other diseases. 5. Obesity is a disorder of excess fat accumulation, not overeating. 6. Consuming excess calories does not make us grow fatter. 7. Fattening and obesity are caused by an imbalance in the hormonal regulation of adipose tissue and fat metabolism. fat synthesis and storage than the mobilization of fat from adipose tissue and its subsequent oxidation. 8. Insulin is the primary regulator of fat storage. When insulin levels fall, we release fat from adipose tissue. 9. By stimulating insulin secretion, carbohydrates make us fat. 10. By driving fat accumulation, carbohydrates also increase hunger and decrease the amount of energy we expend in metabolism and physical activity.
